4. No guarantees

We make no guarantee of profit or performance. Past performance and any provider's claimed results are not indicative of future results.

5. You are solely responsible

You are solely responsible for your trading account, your broker or exchange, your funds, your risk settings and all resulting profits and losses. You confirm you are of legal age and legally permitted to trade where you live, and that you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you (some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit leveraged, CFD or crypto trading).

Automated systems can experience errors, delays, downtime, connectivity, broker or exchange failures, slippage and mis-execution. 8. We are not a regulated financial entity

We are not a broker, exchange, fund, money manager or investment adviser, and we do not hold or manage your funds. Your money stays with your own broker or exchange.
