2. Tcopy is a tool — not advice or a recommendation
Tcopy is execution/automation software that copies trade instructions into a trading account
you connect. Tcopy and its operators do not provide investment, financial, trading, tax or
legal advice, and do not recommend, endorse or solicit trading forex, crypto, stocks or any
instrument, nor buying or selling any asset, nor any strategy. Nothing on this site or in the
software is a recommendation or solicitation to trade.
3. Signals come from independent third parties you choose
All trade signals originate from independent, third-party signal providers that you select and
subscribe to directly — not from us. We do not create, vet, verify, endorse, control or take
responsibility for any signal provider or their signals, results, claims or conduct, and we are not
affiliated with them. You alone are responsible for choosing providers and for every trade executed
in your account.
4. No guarantees
We make no guarantee of profit or performance. Past performance and any provider's claimed
results are not indicative of future results.
5. You are solely responsible
You are solely responsible for your trading account, your broker or exchange, your funds, your risk
settings and all resulting profits and losses. You confirm you are of legal age and legally permitted
to trade where you live, and that you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that
apply to you (some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit leveraged, CFD or crypto trading).
6. Software is provided "as is"
The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Automated systems
can experience errors, delays, downtime, connectivity, broker or exchange failures, slippage and
mis-execution. We are not responsible for losses arising from such events, from third-party signals,
or from your own configuration.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tcopy and its operators are not liable for any trading
losses or for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the
service or any signals, and you agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your trading and
use of the service.
8. We are not a regulated financial entity
We are not a broker, exchange, fund, money manager or investment adviser, and we do not hold or manage
your funds. Your money stays with your own broker or exchange.
